i am looking for herman ratsep. the one who was married to agnes vali ratsep and had a son enno.
i would like to find those related to him or anyone who may have known him ,if herman is gone.
i beleive herman had a sister named elizabeth ratsep .
i would appreciate hearing from anyone with information about any of these people . enno who recently passed away was my dad. he never got to know his father as herman remained in estonia.
