I am looking for information on Heinrich Georg Proffen and his sons. He obtained his doctorate of medicine at Tartu (Dorpat) in 1817 and, in 1821, became inspector and chief at the marine hospital at St. petersburg. In 1824 he lived at Tallinn (Reval), inspector to the medical administration of Estonia.
