Hi,

My name is Bjorn Sorkin and I live in Sweden.
My father was born in Rakvere Estonia 1909 and his parents were Bernard and Ester (born Renholm or Reinhold) Sorkin. They later lived in Tallin were he grew up. I know he was one of 14 children in the family. By hearsay I think the family came from Belarus to estonia in the early century.
I am looking for information on where to turn to research for name on the rest of the family and background.
My father was cristian lutherian but my grandfather might have been jewish.
