Check out the LDS (Mormon) church Family History Center --there is probably at least one in Sweden. They have mircrofimed Estonian records which are then available for use by any one. If you have not yet done so check out Urmas Haud's website at

If your folks married someone from Kihelkonna Saaremaa I may be of more help.
