I have some informations about your relatives. Jaan Jaansson Moll came to Vormsi about 1845 from Weissenfelt in Estonia. I have´nt found the estonian name of the place, but perhaps somebody else can tell you. He came to the village Sviby and the farm Martesa. He was married with Liso Jaansdotter and at least three of the six children were borned in Weissenfelt. I don´t have the answer why he came to an island where nearly everybody was speeking swedish. Probably the lord of the manor Magnushof, baron Stackelberg gave him an appointment.
He was borned about 1805 and his wife about 1812. There are many Molls in Stockholm which are coming from Vormsi but i do´nt know how much they know about their relatives from Vormsi. But i know one person who has tried to find out of his relatives.His name is Johan Stenholm. He is borned 1921 at Vormsi and his mother was Gertrud Moll, borned 1892. His tephonenumber is 08-540 666 77 or 08-543 523 79.
