Historically, Estonian Swedes lived mostly on the islands and west coast. Some left the villages for towns like Kuresaare and Haapsalu or Tallinn (Reval) especially early in the 20th cent. You must determine the town or parish then check at your local LDS (Mormon) church Family History Center -- there is probably one near you somewhere. They have mircrofilmed Estonian records which are then available for use by any one. If you have not yet done so check out Urmas Haud's website at http://www.aai.ee/~urmas/urm/vast.html I do not recall the name Freiberg in Kihelkonna, Saaremaa, but if your Freibergs married someone from Kihelkonna, Saaremaa, I may be of more help.
