Tallinn is a big city. You must determine the parish then check at your local LDS (Mormon) church Family History Center -- there is probably one near you somewhere. They have mircrofilmed several Tallinn parishs' records which are then available for use by any one. If you have not yet done so check out Urmas Haud's website at
