Yurieff-Riga family of Rakvere

Trying to locate relatives of Maria Julia Yurieff Riga, born in Bessenberg(present day Rakvere?) about 1887. She married a Spaniard by the name of Rafael Perez Menendez and moved to Moscow, then to Bulgaria and later to Spain. We hope there are relatives still carrying this surnames as she reportedly had a twin brother.Her parents were August and Julia Yurieff, also of Bessenberg. Would really appreciate any help in locating info. on these relatives. My mother-in-law is 80 years old and would like to know if there are any relatives of hers she could contact.
