Sieffers, does some one know any with this name in Estonia?

I am looking for information about the Sieffers family. I found
the following:
In 14/2/1729 Abraham Alftan married Annika Sieffers in the town
of Narva, Estonia. This information is from a church register
on the net.
Are there still people living in Estonia today who have the name
Sieffers?
Are there any records from Estonia on the net?
Is the Estonian telephone directory on the net?

There is a Sieffers family in Germany. There is also a Sieffers
family in Holland. I belong to the Sieffers branch from Holland.

Any help information would be appreciated.
