Hi John,
just found your search for Phillip EVA b 1822, England. I have record of a Phillip EVA baptised 27 Jul 1823 in Helston, Cornwall, England. His parents were Stephen and Mary Ann. It's possible that Stephen was married a number of times as I have found him with a number of diferently named partners in the IGI, but many of the children from these partners appear with him and his wife in the 1841 census. Whether the different names are transcription errors or what, I have no idea as I haven't checked the origional registers. If you would like further information contact me directly, Dave
p.s. I am not connected to this family.
