DAVID REECE EVANS was born in Brownsville, Fayette County, PA, May 1837, d. May 1920 in North English, Iowa. He married HANNAH MARIAH STARR in Brownsville in Dec 1856. The had 12 children. I can't locate his mother and father. Any help?
