Regarding your question: "Do you have anything to show Jacob Eveland as being the 15th son of Peter who was the 8th son of
Frederick/Anna Woolever? This info was supposed to be in this book by Jones."

The book does not say this. It lists Jacob as the 15th child of FREDERICK, who is designated number 124 (p. 301). However, when it goes into detail on these children, there is an apparent gap in the text that might cause this inference. The description of Peter, who is number 124(8), leads with no break (p. 319) into a description of Jacob's second child, Rachael, who is number 124(15)2. It is as if all information on Peter's siblings, numbers 124(9) through 124(15), plus Jacob's first child number 124(15)1, was simply deleted. Also, there are footnote numbers in this section, but no footnotes!

Finally, the children of Jacob who ARE described, numbers 124(15)2 through 124(15)6, seem (by their birthdates) to belong to a later Jacob than Frederick's son.

Although I found this missing/corrupt data extremely frustrating, I still recommend the book for its excellent coverage and documentation of the family's origins and emigration from Germany.
