I have no other information on Eveland family other than what i have been able to pull from census records and IRAD in Illinois from death certificates. If you have access to the 1870 census in ancestry . com go to page 6 of the Fieldon, Jersey County , Illinois to view the entry there for Stephen, he was 14 years of age, and shows him as a farm hand. Possiblilities of relationships. I had an uncle by name of Nelson , My g grandfather didnot show in this census as it shows him deceased at that time. Was there any indian blood lines you know of ? You can contact me at if you want to recieve copies of what i have on this line. Very good to finally make contact with possible relations unkown to me at this time.
