This event is planned for June 2007. As people plan holidays in advance and this is a
three day event with 58 names already from another site I thought I'd announce it here
too in case Genforum members are also interested in attending. It will be a Friday,
Saturday and Sunday event. An itinery has yet to be arranged. There's no need to
come for the three days. There'll be a Meet and Greet on the Friday and a We'll Meet
Again on the Sunday. There'll be people from Britain and Australia. I hope some come
from Canada, and US and other parts of the world. If you have Irish ancestors or are
interested in Ireland this is an event worth attending. If it proves to be a success then
efforts will be made to run it either yearly or every other year. Note .. most people seem
to be arranging their own accommodation but it you wish assistance with that please let
me know. An early response would be welcome .. there's no objection to putting your name
down provisionally to be confirmed as a being sure to come at a later date.
