Hello Geoffrey,
The recent death of my Mother and the discovery of various things about her spurred me on to think about looking into a bit of family history.
My Mum was Hilda Everest, born 20-12-1929 in the East End of London - Bethnall Green. Her mother was Elizabeth Georgina Everest who died in 1934 and is buried in Manor Fields cemetery. Her Dad I think was called Joseph,
and her two brothers were another Joseph and a Leslie.
Mum married Henry Horace Lockyear in 1950 and had 6 children of which I am the youngest. We have had a further 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren!
If any of this ties in with anything you have I would be interested to know, and if you want any more info that I have about us please let me know.
