Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I own an old copy of the book, and in 1995 also bought another for some distant cousins. This is a bound photocopy which I bought from Higginson Books in Salem, Mass.; set me back about $70-75. In the original there were some photos (mainly of ancestors of David Clark Everest, who commissioned the book) on glossy paper, and they have not reproduced well, but the reprint is on good acid free paper, and the reprint book is also larger than the original which means larger margins for taking notes. I don't have Higginson's address, but something like should be able to provide it.
