Yes, he was living on White St, so that would be with my ggf, Hiney (his brother). He lived there in 1903-04 too. He was probably born in Fon du Lac, along with siblings: Annie Margaret in 1863, Hiney in 1860. John Henry (JH) was born in Germany in 1854 and Charles was born in 1864, but I don't know where yet, either Fon du Lac or Marinette.
