Henry Evers of Iowa. re: Kellogg Society
It has come to my attention that my Great-Grandfather, Henry Evers,b. Feb 22, 1843, d. March 18, 1933 was an early advocate of good nutrition and exercise, and joined a group called, I believe, The Kellogg Society. As I understand it, one of the Kellogg Society's goals was to find a substitute for meat, andthat research led to Kellogg Corn Flakes.Going thru my late father's papers, I have found a reference to this. I have had poor luck researching the Kellogg Society.Does anyone have any reference suggestions?
