Nicholas GARLING married a widow Susannah EWAN (or EWEN), born 1709, on 29th Sept. 1735 at St. Dionis Backchurch. There is a good reason to assume that her maiden name was
MYLAN, inasmuch as a Mrs. MYLAN is mentioned in his will and
the name is given to one of her children (uncle of Frederick GARLING). Moreover, if you have a Garling Fuller MYLAN, a near family relation becomes obvious.

Please tell me more about your Garling Fuller MYLAN.
