EWER of MI with a French connection

I have recently (ie. tonight) discovered that my ancestor Philinda French was originally Philinda Ewer, daughter of Thomas and Lucy (Cook) Ewer. I am descendant of Celia (sometimes called Acelia) French Hopkins, daughter of Philinda and Benjamin French, of the Dexter, Washtenaw County, Michigan area and I have a bit of information and a picture or two (I believe, I'll have to find it again) of Celia. If anyone is interested let me know. I would also like to know if there are any definitive (or just good) genealogies of the Ewer's and French's published? Thanks again for the great information on the web folks!

Sharon Knieper of Cincinnati OH (formerly of Chelsea MI)
