Angeline Ewer was the daughter of Reuel (sometimes spelled Rewel or Ruel) and Ellen Wamsley Ewer. Some of her childrens' names bear the name of her siblings, like Rosa and Clara. Reuel died in the civil war, and Ellen took her children to Nebraska. It appears that on the way they dropped off in Iowa; Angeline stayed and married. Her mother's brother in Wisconsin often came to visit the family in Nebraska; I assume he (Charles Wamsley) dropped off on his way to see Angeline and family, as well.
