I don't know much about what you have follow up so far butwhat i have seen it does seem to be alot my dad had a coat of arms of the exelby's and it has an upside down V which meant that an exelby carried the coffin (im not sure that it was in those days) of william the conqueror I don't know if that is any help but i did have some info on the hannah and others that i found on a web site that might be of some help i will post it on the board tomorrow for you also on your travels have you heard of a John Wilfred Exelby or a Winifred Etty Parsons as they are my grandparents who died before I was born and when my dad was small as well if you have let me know as all info is well appreciated.
