Hi Dale: I am also a decendent, but Melville, my Dad was Charles Exner (teacher). I have been webbing around a while and have found a few interesting things. Seems Martin's father's name was Florian (borne: abt 1798, who married Marianna Hubert. Florian had three children: Isidor, Martin and Heinrich. Martin was borne in Tereblestie, Czernowitz on Feb 23, 1822. I found this out from John Gardner, but have yet to confirm where he got his information. I have not been able to track Florian down futher. Let me know if this is new to you. From these names you'd almost wonder if we have a little French in us!! Cheers BoB EX
