Looking for information on Phillip Carl Fabel b. about 1816 & who immigrated from Flonheim, Germany around 1854 after the death of his wife, Christine Barbara Germann.He already had 3 siblings in the USA, living in the Lock Haven/Castanea area of PA. These 3 siblings married into the Scheib family and ran a brewery in Castanea.Thought that Phillip Carl had joined them, but cannot find any information on him or his 4 children from 1854 to 1870 when his daughter, Margarethe turned up in NYC married to John Carl Roos. Margarethe had 3 siblings, Christian, b.11/30/1844; Johann Martin, b. 4/9/1846 and Barbara b. 9/18/1847. Have the family origins traced back to the 1700s in Germany, but need to fill in the gap after they came to the USA. Anyone searching this line, would be glad to share information.
