I am looking for any information about Lionel Percy Faber, he was a British Ambassador (British Consulate) in Fiumme (today that is the town of Rijeka in Croatia). The town of Rijeka was called Fiumme at Austro Hungarian era.

He owned a beautifull castle here in Slovenia in the small village that was at that time called Sternstein (today that village is called Frankolovo, Slovenia). He lived there with Daisy Faber and Alice Faber, he was married with austrian girl Renate. I think his austrian wife has some connection with Krupp family (Faber-Krupp????).

When Germans occupied our country during ww2, he was forced to leave the country.

That is all I know.
