Samantha - I didn't see an e-mail from the forum that you had responded, and just found your post.

Maybe by going back further, you might find a Fabian connection. Here are some raw notes, some of which I don't have sources for in my files:
John Fabian b. unk, d. 1744/45 St Pauls Parish, Colleton Co SC m. Mary. Their c, b in the 1st to 2nd decade of the 1700's, and in no order:
1.John
2.Susannah
3.William
4.Jonathan
5.James, w/ c: Isabella,Elizabeth/Mary,John
6.Joseph Fabian was b. aft 1725 in St Pauls Parish, Colleton Co, SC. m. Ann (?). Their c:

Joseph, b. 1760 SC d. Jun 1787, St Pauls Parish
Daniel, b. 1761
John, b. aft 1765
Sarah, b. after 1765 (m. O'Hare)
Jonathan, b. after 1767, d. 19 Jun 1802 Liberty Co GA
(m. Ester Dean Ladson).

I only have Jonathan's c. in the second generation:
Francis Adeline b. Apr 1795 in Liberty, GA
m. John Osgood Baker
Sarah
Rosina Ladson Fabian, m John Minton.

I see in other's files the names of Baker, Law, Johnson, O'Hare and Spry, but have never researched these. Stay in touch if you find more Fabians in SC! I'm more interested in the history than in filing in my own chart.
