Pam, I am very interested in Willard Wellman who you have listed as married to Laura Almira Fabrique. It may fit our tree...possibly if they had a son named Smith S. Wellman. I have all of Smith Wellman's line from his two sons but not his parents. Smith was born Yorkshire NY in 1852 which is in Cattaraugus county (far western NY. He became an undertaker and moved on to Iowa then MN where he died. It was interesting to see that the Fabrique's have a Smith in their family- perhaps Smith was named after an uncle? One other itsy-bitsy clue: Smith had two sons: one was given his mother's father's first name as his middle name. The other son's middle name begins with a "W". He might have been named after Smith's father (Willard)? My father-in-law is named Willard (he is Smith's grandson).
I don't know if that makes the link or not.
