My wife's 1st husband was William George Facenda. I am researching the Facenda family which is purported to have descended from the smae group of Facenda brothers who emigrated to America around the late 19th century. Do you have genealogical info re this family. Regards Jim Selover

On 26 Jul 1947 when William George was 21, he married Mabel Ellen Elizabeth Armstrong, in Portsmouth, VA.

2 William George Facenda. Born on 27 Nov 1902 in Portsmouth, VA. William George died in Portsmouth, VA, in Jul 1982; he was 79.

William George married Mattie Sue Bishop.

3 Mattie Sue Bishop. Born abt 1908 in VA.

4 Salvatore Facenda. Born abt in 1880.

Salvatore married Ameta Branca.

5 Ameta Branca. Born abt 1885.

6 Bishop. Born in VA.
