I'm trying to trace the Fassetts of Glens Falls, N.Y. back to Canada circa 1840-1870. The name may have been spelled Facette in Canada. Oliver David Facette (spelling from baptismal cert.) was born Feb.9, 1871 in Glens Falls, N.Y. to Oliver Facette and Julia
Asher (or Achim). Sometime after Oliver David's birth the spelling was americanized.
