What is the reason for asking about a Jewish connection in the Fackenthal family? Is this because it's spelled with one " L "? That's only because one branch dropped off an " L " and that's all there is to that. It's not a Jewish name at all. It litterally means = * Torch in Valley . We too are related directly to every Fackenthal out there, as you must be, because the name is so unique to only so few, and there's not many of us out there. If you bare the name, you are related.
