I am the great grandson of Owen Holmes Fagala. Owens traveled to Texas where he met Abigail. They married and traveled back to Georgia in a covered wagon. They had three children, Maude, Wilkes, who later moved to Palestine, Texas; and my granmother, Sally Amner Evelyn Fagala. After her father's death, my grandmother returned with her mother to Texas, where she met and married DeWitt Ransome Badgett of Blooming Grove. They had four children --Kathleen, who married James Franklin Littlejohn of Ellis County, Texas;; Cecil, who married Mary Thompson of Savannah, GA; Maude, who married Charles W. Wickliffe of Savanannah,; and Emma, who married Sebatian J. Orsiini of Savannah.Cecil had two daughters; Barbara and Brenda Badget. Barbara's married name lost, but Brenda is married name is Borus and she lives in Virginia; Maude's children are: Charles W. Wickliffe Jr., a physician who lives in Atlanta, Ga.; Martdha Wray (deceased) of Durham, N.C.; and Evelyn Jones, whose husband is a physician in Watkinsville,GA. Emm's children are Carmela Harmon of Walterboro, SC; Felice Orsini of Alexandria, VA; Margie Kelly of Savannah; Michael Orsini of North Augusta, SC; and Anthony Orsini, a coach at Savannah's Benedictine High School..
