My GG Grandmother was Margaret Fagen who was married to Michael Foy. Their daughter, my G Grandmother, was Mary Ann Foy born about 1851 in Co. Durham, England. She married Charles Logan 1871 in Co. Durham; her marriage record shows her father as Michael Foy, occup: Mason. Her Death Cert. says Michael Foy and Margaret Fagan (her parents) were both born in Ireland. Mary Ann Foy's marriage witnesses were: Margaret Hoburn and Mary Cummins - I have no knowledge if they are relatives or not.

Charles Logan's father, Patrick Logan, was born in Co. Roscommon, Ireland but was in England around 1848 or so because he married a Jane Thompson whose entire family were from Carlisle, Cumberland Co., England.

I have no other knowledge of my Fagan line or where they were in Ireland before settling in/around Co. Durham, England. Are any of these names familiar at all?

Thanks.
