Fagan family of Milltown, County Monaghan
Posted by: Elmar Toime (ID *****8756) Date: February 14, 2011 at 13:17:32
  of 1703

I am researching the family of Edward and Emily Fagan (sometimes Fegan) who married in Ematris parish, County Monaghan on 11 April 1838, with children Jane, Rosanna, William and John. Edward and Emily were believed to have been lost in a shipwreck whilst travelling to the US between 1845 and around 1855. Jane's history is very well-known, but I have no information on the remainder of the family. In particular, it is thought that Rose (or Rosanna) survived in Ireland.
