Hi Steve..............I wrote to you sometime ago, as I am also researching Fahey in the 1800s.My search has recently moved forward, and this is what I have.MyFaheys come from a place called Carrigeen near to Caher in the midlle 1800s.This would be might gt.gt. grandfather Richard Fahey, he had sonson Daniel, and Richard and others, and a daughter Kathleen.Richard Fahey Junior was living in Ballymorris in 1901, which is somewhere in the vicinity of other Fahey families.I am now in a position to make application for some certificates, which will hopefully give me other surnames to research..........if you can find anything in my notes to connect please get in touch...Sheila brookessheila@onetel.com
