My Fairbairn's start with Alexander Fairbairn b 1722 don't know where, d1798 in Laurens Co, South Carolina spouse Crissy; one son my GGG Grandfather James Fairbairn b 1770-1830 Laurens Co S C spouse Latetia Mc Crary 1775; one son my GG GH Dr (Dentist) J N M Fairbairn 1818-1898 B SC spouse Sarah Ann Walker Hall 1828-1880. They moved to Texas about 1850. If these are your Fairbairn's there are lots of them in Texas and l will share with you. Have nothing on any in Cal.My grandmother Josephine Edward Sales Fairbairn 1858-1925 married Charles Tilman Belt in Silsbee, Texas they had 12 children.
