Re your report of the Eyemouth Disaster in the mid 1800s. I recall my father telling me that his grandmother (who's name was Fairbairn) lost several brothers in that disaster. She married and became a Frater and her daughter (Elizabeth Frater) married my grandfather (James) Murray. Do you think there is any connection between us?
