Hi Sanna,
My email address is: bilito@interlog.com . I have been trying to research my father's family for the past year. So far, thanks to the help of a number of people in the forum, I have established that my great grandfather was a John Fairbairn (of which there are many....) born around 1850 and who died in the Eyemouth Disaster at age 31. He was married to Margaret Crow and had at least 2 sons (among them my grandfather, George Crow Fairbairn).

I am still trying to find info on my ggrandfather's date of birth and his parents.

Best of luck to you!

Bill Fairbairn
(Toronto, CANADA)
