I am a grgrgrgranddaughter of Thomas Fairbairn & Mary Middlemas. They had a son, George Milne Fairbairn who married Jane McDowell and had a son named Robert who married Jessie Doan and they had a daughter, Ruby, who was my grandmother and just passed away in 1995. She married Orval Neil, son of Charles O'Neil and Mary Queen, and had four children,two sons and two daughters that lived to adulthood (four children died). My mother is the youngest(she was a twin, her brother, Stephen, didn't survive). Her sister is still living, but her brothers Allen, and Carson are deceased. Ruby was divorced from Orval in the early 50's and remarried William Allison.
