According to my family records, Samuel Fairweather,Sr.,d. in 1829 and was m. to Lydia Hallett, d. in 1864. They resided in Sussex Vale, N.B. They had a dau., Mary Howe Fairweather, b.Dec.25,1815, who m. Dr. Samuel Tilley Gove on May 7,1835; they resided in St Andrews N.B. She d. June 3, 1900 and was my g grandmother. I have a sampler the she made as a school girl. However, in later years she was called other names ( "the witch") as she went to bed for 20 years in protest over her son's choice of a wife and scared all his children. While I have much info. on her descendants that are part of my family, I have virtually nothing on her antecedants other than what you wrote.
