Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

My answer to Marion shows the correct lineage of your Fairweathers to the original Boston immigrant. The children you mention are children of Charles and Rachel E. Gray Fairweather (a Baptist preacher and Loyalist), and grandchildren of Benjamin Fairweather and his first wife, Martha Beardsley of Poughkeepsie, NY. Please refer to the July 1991 issue of the New England Historic and Genealogical Register, pp. 255-256.
