Hi,

My names John Fallin from Salem Oregon (Live in Portland now). My father's name was Lee Fallin (Born 1918 in Canyonville Oregon, youngest of 13 children I believe. He had 2 or 3 brothers who fought and we're killed in WW1) and his father was John Jacob Fallin. I always heard that my fathers relatives came from Illinois. Don't know if we're related or not but am interested in the origin of the Fallin name.

One interesting note: Was recently in Scotland on a family vacation and discovered a small village near Stirling named Fallin. We asked a long time resident we met if he knew the origin of the villages name but he did not

Regards
John Joseph Fallin / Portland Oregon
