Here is what is listed about Thomas Fallin in the book that I have.
Thomas Fallin b. in VA, his father was Charles Fallin IV. He first appeared in the Lunenburg Co. VA tax list in 1803 through 1806. In 1809-1813 he is listed in the tax list of Wilkes Co. GA. In 1818 he is one of the Fallin men listed in the division of his father, Charles Fallin IV's land in Wilkes Co. GA. Here he is listed as living in Jasper Co. GA.
This is the Thomas Fallin that is said to have married Sarah Pugh. The only documentation I see from this book that links him to Charles IV is as noted above. I do not know if he was specifically identified as a son to Charles.
