Here are the records that are listed. I have not personally researched them. In 1803 and 1806 Thomas is listed in the Lunenburg Co. VA "Personal Property Tax List 1782-1810-14" for some reason he is not listed in 1804 or 1805.
In 1809 he is listed in "Wilkes County, Georgia Tax Digest" Capt. John Moore's Dist. 1809 and 1813 in Drawer 45, Box 7 Archives, Fallin's listed on these are Thomas Fallin, Charles Fallin, John H. Fallin. In 1813 it appears that Charles is listed "for" John, Thomas and Fleet Fallin--John and Fleet are in 1812 War.
