That is very interesting Cousin Peter because my Thomas married in Howden and then returned to Holme at the time his first child Christopher was born after which he returned to Howden. I think that he returned to Holme because old Joseph was ill (Christopher was born in 1769 and old Joseph died in early 1770). I hope someone else starts reading our conversations and then joins in with the missing link for us!
As for old Joseph's wife well I am certain that the first three letters of her surname are Cop but thats all I can tell.
