Pensionado program

This is my second attempt to post a note. Apparently the first one didn't go through. I'm researching the pensionado program because my father was a pensionado starting in 1906. I would appreciate any information you could provide regarding sources for additional data. I have been able to trace the educator who started the pensionado program, Mr. William A. Sutherland of New Mexico. I have been able to obtain copies of his papers and am getting more. He has provided detailed accounts.

Please email me if you can. Mahalo,
Mario E. Orosa
