James & Jean Adair? Faris
Posted by: Eva (ID *****0806) Date: October 20, 2002 at 13:15:04

What record states Jean's maiden name as Adair? Is this proven? Has anyone found a marriage record?

What record states James Faris was born before 1726 in Antrim County, Ireland? Is this proven?

What record states James Faris as the son of Alexander Faris? Is this proven?

What record states his son, Richard Faris, middle name as Hard? Is this proven?

Who was the Richard Farris who married Margaret Darby 23 Jul 1835 in Lauderdale County Alabama? Is she the same Margaret Fairis who married Richard Fairis (son of James) after the death of Richard's first wife Elizabeth? Married 23 Sep 1842 in Lauderdale County, Alabama.

How is it proven that Richard's first wife Elizabeth's maiden name was Day? Has anyone found a marriage record?

Looking for documentation for all of the above, not "she said, he said, they said."

I descend thru Richard and Elizabeth Faris' daughter Sarah Faris who married John Huggins.

Thanks
