I'm working with 2 researchers on the BALLARD family. We are looking for information on Elizabeth BRAGG BALLARD and William Morris BALLARD. See below to see if you can follow me. Would love to exchange information with you. Any information appreciated and welcomed. Thank you in advance.

My research keeps leading back to the Archer JOHNSON slave deeds in Granville Co, N.C. See if you can follow me on this, the name PARRISH has been spelled FARISH/PARISH/PARRISH:

- (1) George PARRISH was married to Nancy Ann BRAGG (Record #1)
- William Morris BALLARD was married to Elizabeth BRAGG
- (1) George PARRISH was son of Mary E. MORRIS (Record #1)
- William Morris BALLARD was son of Elizabeth MORRIS
- (2) George PARRISH was son of Elizabeth BUCKNER (Record #2)
- (2) George PARRISH was grandson of Ann DUDLEY (Record #2)
- (2) George PARRISH was ggrandson of Sarah LARKIN (Record #2)
- William Morris BALLARD is listed in slave deeds of Granville Co, N.C. with Archer JOHNSON slaves he left for his grandchildren (MORRIS, BRAGG, BALLARD, FREEMAN, THOMASSON...) (Record #3)
- Archer JOHNSON connected/related to the PARRISH Family (Record #4)
- The PARRISH Family owned land in Fishing Creek where the BALLARDS were living and/or listed on Fishing Creek deeds (Record #5)
- Also Lynne Miller's Virginia Ballard book lists George PARRISH as related to the Virginia BALLARDS (see earlier email.)
- Thomas BRAGG married Nancy JOHNSON.
