Yesterday, I came across a second photo in the family album once owned by Margaret Anna (McKinney) Dakin. It shows Mr. Farish standing next to some other unidentified men at the Grey Eagle Copper Mine near Happy Camp, Siskiyou Co., CA. Mr. Farish was the boss of Frederick Holroyd Dakin, Jr., Superintendent and General Manager at the mine. The mine was located on the banks of Indian Creek, a tributary of the Klamath River.
