Hi Connie,
I have a copy of the cemetery listing for Boundary Cemetery (AKA: Whited Cemetery) in Bridgewater and I see that James & Sarah are buried there with their son J. Alfred Briggs.
BRIGGS,James E., May 3, 1832 - June 6, 1924
Sarah S., his wife, June 4, 1836 - March 19, 1898
J. Alfred, their son, March 20, 1864 - September 9, 1886

I plan to check other records to confirm her identity, but it looks pretty likely that she is the Sarah Farley, daughter of Nathaniel Farley & Catherine Guerrier. If so, she would be a sister to James Nelson Farley. He had written down some Farley Family information that has been passed down through that branch of the Farley family.
I have several photos of the Farley gravestones in Boundary Cemetery. I didn't know that Sarah S. Briggs was a Farley when I took the photos, but if she is buried near her family, her gravestone might show up in the background. I will look them over to see.
Sincerely, Tim Cooper
