Your Mathew Curtis FARLOW is my great grandfather and my records show his name to be James Curtis FARLOW (husband of Hannah Lynch). Also, his father was Michael Farlow and his mother was Nellie Curtis. Michael was living in New York in the first half of the 1800's and supposedly worked on the Erie Canal. This is taken from a letter written from a old relative, now deceased. In the letter it was written that James Curtis Farlow had met Johannah Lynch on the front porch of John and Mary Lynch Hogarty in Chatham, New York. These points have not been verified at this stage. Also, Michael and Nellie Curtis Farlow had a daughter named Nellie.
